A system for automatic consistency checking of DCinema content, with email alerting to operators.
Installation and support of Zenoss Core system monitoring for a network of 170 satellite receivers. The configuration included a high-availability Linux platform to support the monitoring servers, and custom performance graphs for the Java applications at the system head. Humboldt provides training for the customer’s operational staff, and system support and maintenance.
A satellite communications package, including administration tools built in Java using the Spring Framework, plus Linux and Windows client software built in C++.
Firmware for devices based on the Jennic microcontrollers, using IEE802.15.4 networking for a personal-area-network.
Development of Linux PCIe drivers for communication with a DSP card.
A consumer facing website which generates transport quotations using SOAP interfaces to a mapping service, collects full details, and accepts payment. This data is presented through an operator interface to staff who process the orders.
Developing an embedded audio player capable of mixing local content with a live stream, plus a server side application for managing a network of these players. The project included IP routing over satellite and GPRS, an operator web application implemented using Apache Struts, and a machine interface for status reports from the players. The project was built around Apache Tomcat and PostgreSQL.
Developing a Windows Forms application using .NET 4.0 to communicate with a number of handheld devices, displaying them on a map for status and control.
A Java web application with multiple user interfaces, including WAP and HTML user interfaces, plus a separate HTML based management interface. The project was based around Apache Tomcat and Microsoft SQL Server.
Developing a QNX BSP and a PCI device driver to run on a PowerPC platform.
